Samuel A. Blaustein is an associate at DBM specializing in litigation, arbitration, construction law, securities law and environmental law.

Prior to joining DBM, Mr. Blaustein was a Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Recent publications include Splitting Genes: The Future of Genetically Modified Organisms in the Wake of the WTO/Cartagena Standoff.

Mr. Blaustein is admitted to practice in New York State and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association and the Federal Bar Council.

He attended Brandeis University and Brooklyn Law School. He received a CALI Award for Future Excellence in the Field of International Environmental Law.
