Archana Sundar is an associate at Dunnington focused on intellectual property, advertising, art and fashion law specialites and litigation, arbitration, and mediation practice areas. Her expertise includes trademark litigation and counseling.
Prior to joining Dunnington, Ms. Sundar was an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department, where she litigated cases on the City’s behalf in the Tort Division.
Ms. Sundar is admitted to practice law in New York State. She is also a member of the New York City Bar Association.
She received her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, where she served as the Vice President of the Intellectual Property Law Association.
Ms. Sundar completed her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Art History and Spanish from the University of Michigan.
