Albert L. Lingelbach is a member of Dunnington’s estates, trusts and private clients practice area, as well as its charitable, not-for-profit and religious institutions practice area. Mr. Lingelbach concentrates on estate and trust planning and administration, drafting of wills and trusts, estate and gift tax matters. Mr. Lingelbach also lectures to business groups on estate planning topics.
Mr. Lingelbach is admitted to the practice of law in New York State and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has served on the Committee on Trusts, Estates and Surrogate’s Courts for the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Additionally, he has served on the Committee on Significant New Developments in Probate and Trust Law for the American Bar Association and has been a Director and Officer of the Port Washington, New York Community Chest. He has also served as a Ruling Elder of the Roslyn, New York, Presbyterian Church. Mr. Lingelbach received his Bachelor of Law Degree from the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Science in Economics Degree from Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at Penn.
