
Thomas P. Kane is an associate at Dunnington and a member of the Estates, Trusts and Private Clients practice area. His practice focuses on estate planning, drafting wills and trusts, and estate and trust administration.
Prior to joining Dunnington, Thomas provided income, estate and gift tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and their families. He gained experience with tax-efficient estate planning strategies to assist his clients in transferring generational wealth by utilizing various trust instruments, including Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts, Qualified Personal Residence Trusts, and Charitable Lead and Remainder Trusts.
Thomas earned his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, from the University of Delaware. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
