The Construction Law Practice Group represents owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, vendors and materialmen in all aspects of the construction business.  From procurement, negotiation and document preparation, through administrative proceedings and issue resolution on active projects, to close out and, where necessary, dispute resolution (whether via settlement or proceedings such as arbitration or litigation), Dunnington’s Construction Law Group consults with and represents clients on all phases of private and public sector commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure projects.  Matters include:
