Maaike Angulo Vrij is an associate at Dunnington focused on intellectual property and advertising, art, and fashion law specialties and a member of the the France Desk, investigations, litigation, arbitration and mediation practice areas.
She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law from Fordham University School of Law. While at Fordham, she worked as a Research Assistant for the Hansen Intellectual Property Institute, under the supervision of Professor Hugh Hansen, and participated as a volunteer at the Fashion Law Clinic and the Earth Law Institute.
Previously, she completed her legal studies in France at the University Panthéon-Assas, where she graduated with a French Juris Doctorate, with a master’s degree in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. She also holds a Bachelor in History from Sorbonne University.
Ms. Angulo Vrij is admitted to practice law in New York State. She is a native French speaker, and is fluent in Spanish.
