We demonstrate our commitment to DEI through our firm-wide DEI policies, programs, and initiatives, including:

  • Tasking the DEI Committee, comprised of members of the firm’s management, partners, counsel, and associates, with reviewing DEI goals for the firm and programs and initiatives to reach those goals.
  • Creating programs and events that offer mentorship and sponsorship opportunities for diverse staff and attorneys, as well as education opportunities on issues pertaining to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Meeting with the Executive Committee on a quarterly basis to discuss diversity issues and evaluate the firm’s initiatives to improve diversity in leadership positions in the firm.
  • Working with the Executive Committee, hiring partners, and legal recruiters to ensure that the firm is indicating its interest in bringing in diverse candidates.
  • Participating in programs for expanding diversity recruitment such as minority internships/summer associate positions.
  • Sponsoring and participating in professional programs and activities that promote DEI.
