Dunnington Partners Raymond Dowd and Claudia Jaffe will be part of a five-person panel presenting a Continuing Legal Education program titled “Nazi Looted Art: Litigation and Dispute Resolution” for the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers on Friday, January 20, 2023 from 1-3 pm.
Joining Mr. Dowd and Ms. Jaffe on the panel will be: former Dunnington litigation Partner Samuel Blaustein, who is currently the Principal Court Attorney to Justice Joel M. Cohen in the New York State Supreme Court, New York County Commercial Division; the Honorable Timothy Reif of the United States International Court of Trade, who is an heir of the late Holocaust victim Franz Friedrich “Fritz” Grünbaum; and Eileen Brankovic, the Vice President, International Business Director of Christie’s auction house in New York.
