“Nazi Looted Art: Litigation and Dispute Resolution” Presentation by Partners Dowd and Jaffe

Dunnington Partners Raymond Dowd and Claudia Jaffe will be part of a five-person panel presenting a Continuing Legal Education program titled “Nazi Looted Art: Litigation and Dispute Resolution” for the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers on Friday, January 20, 2023 from 1-3 pm. Joining Ray and Claudia on the panel will be: former Dunnington litigation Partner Samuel Blaustein, who is currently the Principal Court Attorney to Justice Joel M. Cohen in the New York State Supreme Court, New York County Commercial Division; the Honorable Timothy Reif of the United States International Court of Trade, who is an heir of the late Holocaust victim Franz Friedrich “Fritz” Grünbaum; and Eileen Brankovic, the Vice President, International Business Director of Christie’s auction house in New York.  The panel will discuss recent developments in Nazi looted art litigation. The program is offered free of charge.
