On March 6, 2020, Dunnington Partner Raymond J. Dowd will speak in Rome about the Spoils of War Doctrine at the Federal Bar Association’s conference, Restitution & Return: Art Law in Europe. The program will feature world-class attorneys and industry representatives who will discuss recent developments and current challenges from both the European and U.S. perspective.
