Ms. Kettle is an Senior Associate in Dunnington, Bartholow & Miller LLP’s litigation and intellectual property, advertising, art and fashion law practice areas. Her practice areas include complex commercial litigation and trademark law and counseling, the latter of which comprises trademark prosecution/litigation; copyright litigation and clearance; and intellectual property licensing. As a commercial litigator, Ms. Kettle has represented clients in a broad range of civil actions at the state and federal levels, including in the areas of corporate restructuring and products liability.
